40k Chaos Nights: Wardogs

If you want to complement your Chaos Knights in Warhammer 40.000 not just with a large single model but with several mobile war machines, the War Dogs are an excellent choice. The set includes three multipart models and gives you plenty of freedom when assembling them. This is particularly practical for Players, as the unit fits flexibly into different formations. Collectors get a group of models that immediately makes an imposing, cohesive Chaos Knights presence on the table.

The War Dogs are particularly worthwhile if you want to build a more versatile army rather than focusing on a single centerpiece. Compared to a large Knight, they are more compact and often easier to integrate into the overall project. If you are looking for a set that combines mobility, firepower, and a clearly recognizable faction theme, this box is a very appealing option for building your army.

For Collectors, the War Dogs are interesting because three models together immediately form a small unit and visibly expand the Collection. The box is a good fit for Chaos Knights Collections that do not rely solely on one large model, but on a group of different machines. Anyone who wants to organize their Warhammer 40.000 Collection by model types and faction lines gets a clearly structured set here.

Players often choose War Dogs when they want to complement their Chaos Knights with more flexible units. The set is appealing because it offers several models in one box, opening up more list-building options than a single Knight. If you enjoy experimenting with different army compositions, this unit provides a practical foundation for further gameplay ideas.

The various weapon options make the kit particularly interesting. You can assemble the War Dogs to better suit your army plan, so they do not feel like three identical models. Especially with Chaos Knights, where size and silhouette play a major role, this creative freedom is a real advantage for both the hobby and gameplay.

War Dogs help you build a more varied Chaos Knights army. Instead of focusing everything on a single large model, you get several units here that come together to create a strong overall impression. This is especially useful if you want a Collection that feels more dynamic and offers more army-building options without losing the faction’s distinct character.

Compared with the Knight Abominant, War Dogs are the more flexible and slightly more compact choice. If you’re looking for a single dominant model, the large Knight is more impressive. But if you want several smaller war machines that can be used more flexibly, you’re often better off with War Dogs. This exact difference makes the box so interesting for buyers who have to choose between numbers and a centerpiece.

The War Dogs are primarily intended as a building project and an army expansion. Anyone actively expanding their Chaos Knights can take on the set directly and turn it into a versatile unit. They are also suitable as an original-packaged addition to a Collection, but their greatest value clearly lies in the finished model and in combining multiple machines.
