Pokémon - Windhauch 1st Edition #93/102 Base Set (1999) German – PSA 7 NM

If you are looking for a classic Trainer card from the early Pokémon Base Set, Gust in the German 1st Edition is a very clean choice for Collectors. The PSA rating of 7 gives you a clear indication of the Condition, so you do not have to guess how well the card has been preserved. For Collectors who are deliberately building their Base Set or looking for a German vintage card with a verifiable rating, this example is particularly interesting. Here, early Pokémon history, Language, and graded Condition come together in an easy-to-assess Single Card.

For many collectors of old Pokémon cards, it’s not just about well-known Holo artwork, but also about Trainer cards that make the set feel complete. Gust of Wind fits exactly into this category. If you want to collect the Base Set not just superficially, but as thoroughly as possible, you often pay attention to cards like these as well. The German edition is particularly convenient if you want to keep your Collection consistent and avoid mixing different languages. This keeps the Collection organized and clearly structured later on.

Especially with early Pokémon cards, Condition plays a major role. PSA 7 is a comprehensible grade for Collectors looking for a graded card with visible authenticity and a verified Condition. Windhauche from the Base Set serves exactly this purpose. It is well suited to buyers who want to add to their Collection in a targeted way rather than rely on random products. This also makes the card interesting for anyone who wants to build up their vintage holdings gradually and deliberately.

If you collect Pokémon cards in German, you are often particularly discerning about vintage cards. The language then determines whether a card truly fits your Collection or would rather seem out of place. Windhauch is therefore interesting not only because of the Base Set, but also because of the German edition. For Binders, presentations, and set Collections, this is a real advantage, because you will not have to sort out language experiments later. That is exactly what many Collectors appreciate about early German cards.

If you’re looking for a specific card from the Base Set, you’re usually better off with a Single Card than with boosters. With Windhauch, you know exactly what you’re getting and don’t have to rely on luck when opening packs. This is especially useful if you need a specific card for your Collection or want to fill a particular gap in the Base Set. Compared with a Booster Display or individual packs, a graded Single Card is the much more predictable purchase decision.

PSA 7 is an interesting middle ground for many Collectors. The card is clearly graded, but not as expensive or strict as higher top grades, which are often difficult to obtain. This makes Windhauch appealing to buyers looking for a genuine vintage card with a Grade without focusing solely on the very highest grades. If you want to use your budget strategically, this is often a sensible solution, especially for classic Pokémon cards from 1999.

The combination of Base Set, 1st Edition, and German Language is exactly what many vintage collectors look for. Windhauch brings these three elements together and can therefore be easily incorporated into an existing Collection. Anyone looking to complete the Base Set often seeks not only the well-known main cards, but also Trainer cards like these. This makes the Collection more complete and thematically cohesive. Especially with German-language cards, this clear categorization is often an important purchasing criterion.

Windhauch is particularly well suited to Collectors who want to buy German vintage Pokémon cards with a clear grade. Those who mainly enjoy opening packs, on the other hand, are more likely to choose boosters or Displays. This card is the right choice if you want to add specific cards rather than draw randomly. It is also easy to understand for Collectors who organize their cards in a Binders or Slab collection by set and Language. That is precisely where its practical value lies for many buyers.
